Meeting Felicia Boakye-Yiadom, National Council on Curriculum and Assessment

An unscheduled visit with Felicia Boakye-Yiadom, Acting Executive Secretary of Ghana’s National Council on Curriculum and Assessment turned into a 2.5 hr conversation with our founder, Dr. Chow.

Like us, Mrs Felicia is an avid supporter of an integrated, hands-on approach to STEM education, and could imagine clubs in every school. She encouraged us to dream big about our shared vision to transform science education in Ghana.

The response to the show and tell of practicals like the Science Set, and digital tools, RACHEL Offline, was enthusiastic, and the conversation turned to their possible adoption and adaptation. We look forward to thinking and working together.
