Airtel Ghana

Evolve with STEM is a breakthrough initiative from Airtel Ghana to promote the study of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics in basic schools with a pilot project at the Mataheko Circuit cluster of schools in Accra.

As part of the project Airtel Ghana sponsors training for teachers and exploratory clubs for the students.

Evolve with STEM involves 3 core components:

1. Changing mindsets and inspiring young people to study STEM through mentorship sessions
2. Building capacity of teachers involved in STEM and establishing STEM clubs in selected schools
3. Teaching children how to do basic coding and programming
