Are you based in the US, Ghana or elsewhere in the world? Are you curious and passionate about our mission? The Exploratory can be the right place for you to share your talent!
We are looking for skilled, curious, goal-oriented and fun people to join our movement. With your input and our collective effort, we can change infuse STEM, education and leadership with love, in Ghana and beyond.

Provide curriculum or teacher support
- identify curriculum and learning resources
- work alongside club teachers
- provide training in Ghana or remotely via short videos
- be a WhatsApp partner to a group of teachers
Connect our girls with role models (maybe you!)
- arrange a role model(s) visit to talk about their journey
- host a field trip at your work
